National Script Writing workshop was organised in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh from 9-16 August, 2010. In eight day long workshop scripts for plays and songs were developed. 20 writers from different parts of the country took part in the workshop.

The main aim of the workshop was to create scripts for play with main focus on the Right to Education Act. Some of the scripts were also developed in the local languages by the writers present in the workshop.
